It has partnered with Bureau Veritas since 2011 when it certified to meet the ISO 9001-2008 standard.

In 2017, it evolved its certification to the IATF 16,949 standard, as in the period it directed its focus to the automotive industry, however, with the possibility of also serving other market segments.

Working with Process Systems defined in CQI 11 standards for Chrome Plating, CQI 12 for Painting and CQI 23 for Injection, TRG PINTURAS‘ Management and Quality System was also planned based on the specific requirements of its Customers and/or OEMs employing VDA 6.3.

In the daily routine of improving its processes and “house keeping”, TRG PINTURAS has, in its areas of manufacture, Tools and Methodologies such as:

QRQC;
PDCA;
Henkaten;
Kaizen;
8 Senses;

With Laboratories for Chemical and Physical analysis, either for routine tests or for validation of new projects, TRG also has an area dedicated to the adequate storage of Measurement / Control Devices, built or received from the customer in the development phase of the design, aiming at better Control of its production processes.
