It has 5 production lines, independent of each other, that serve serial productions, whether in manual, semi-automatic or automatic processes, chosen according to the technology and criticality required for each part produced in its industrial park.

With the flexibility of technology for CURING, its paint systems have IR (infrared), UV (ultraviolet) and conventional Temperature. Thus, it can meet specifications that seek technologies such as MONOCURE, such as others that require DUOCURE processes with UV and TEMPERATURE.

Being able to meet the most diverse processes, TRG’s know-how is based on the painting of thermoplastics in ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PA66 and PP.

It has a buckling system, and a unique equipment in BRAZIL with 5 stages of application, which meets the TRICOATING technology.
