TRG PINTURAS was founded in 2006 in the city of Joinville, the largest city in the state of Santa Catarina, and the third industrial center in southern Brazil.
Encouraged by the know-how of its shareholders, who have been experiencing the Automotive Industry for more than 40 years, with Injection and Painting of Thermoplastics, TRG PINTURAS presents itself as an Organization that grows continuously, focused on its performance, constant search for improvement in its processes, reduction of scrap, improvement of its people and respective socio-environmental responsibility.
The Manufacture uses modern equipment, in addition to known and experienced practices globally, with implemented house keeping systems, allowing TRG PINTURAS to execute robust projects.
Every day the Auto Parts produced at TRG PINTURAS supply production lines of the Automakers spread throughout Latin America, and equip cars of the American, European and Asian OEMs.
These Auto Parts promote a high technical standard of finishing, in parts of Steering Wheels, Instrument Panels, Center Consoles, Door Sides and Bumpers.

Inaugurates its operations in a building of 1,250 m2, to serve the local market of the electronics and refrigeration industries.
Starts the change of business scope, for the automotive industry, producing Door Side parts for the VW219.
Nominated for the sills of the RENAULT X90.
Adds an additional 3,100 m2 to a new building. Develops the second paint line. I got the first three injection machines. Nominated to the GM VIVA design to produce Instrument Panel parts.
Nominated for the first RENAULT U79 Steering Wheel parts.
I completed the third Painting Line. It implements the Ultrasound and Tampography processes. Nominated for TOYOTA 369A design.
Invests in three new injection machines. It implements in manufacturing the Thermofusion Welding process. AI58. Nominated for the VW G7 and FCA 521 Steering Wheel designs, in addition to the FCA 226 and PSA AI58 designs.
PSA AI9X, VW 270 and FCA 551 projetcts were nominated for the design.
Acquired the first Electric Injector. Nominated for the VW 271 and HONDA 2SV designs, along with the FCA 326, FCA 327 and FCA X1H Steering Wheel designs.
Implements the Hot Stamping process in manufacturing. Nominated for PSA F3, HONDA 2XS, GM PM7, FCA X6H, FCA 521MCA and TOYOTA 230B projetcts.
Adds another 4,600 m2 and four new buildings. Invest in three new injection machines. Nominated for the VW 216, GM GEM and TOYOTA 360B projetcts.
Inaugurates the Automatic Chrome Plating Line. I acquired two new injection machines, including an equipment with 800 Tons of Closing Force. Nominated for the VW GEN2 and HYUNDAI SU2B steering wheel projects.
Acquired the first semi-automatic painting system with UV curing. Nominated for FCA 226MCA, FCA 551MCA, FCA 598 and RENAULT HHA projects.
Invests in a new Automatic Painting Line, with 6-axis robots, with the versatility of a "Duo Core" curing system, with UV and Temperature technology. Nominated for the VW 27X, MAN PERSEU, STLA 363 and HONDA 2GN projects.
